James MacMillan Trombone Concerto, Reduction for trombone and piano by Stephen Gibson. Jointly commissioned by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Royal Flemish Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestra de la Suisse Romande, Oulu Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonisches Orchester des Staattheaters Cottbus and Dallas Symphony Orchestra. This work was composed in 2016. It was first performed on 20 April 2017 at the Concertgebouw, Amstersdam.
