Modern day Hamelyn is now a prosperous town. When Tommy Piper, the Mayor's son, returns from University, everyone is happy to see this successful, popular young man back in town - little knowing he is a drug pusher. Tommy finds a group of bored children an easy target to lead astray, with promises of wonderful drug induced experiences, though there is a heavy price to pay, with important lessons for everyone.
