In 1942 Roger Quilter (1877-1953) began composing arrangements of folk songs to send to a favourite nephew, Arnold Guy Vivian, serving in the military during World War II. A year later Vivian was listed as missing in action. The folk song settings intended as a gift instead became a published memorial. The original keys for Medium voice remain available in the original edition. The transpositions for High Voice & Low Voice make these wonderful, timeless songs more accessible to many more singers

Just one of the many exciting Choral and vocal music products from our immense range of Sheet Music, Songbooks and Music Gifts for all Musicians, Teachers, Bands, Choirs, and Schools.
